The storage plant does not show the Energy Flow Chart on SEMS Portal.

1;Check and confirm if the SN has been added into the Plant.  Go to "Management"-->"Device";



2;Click the plant which you are going to add the device,customer can see the details after clicking the plant:
Click the "Add" button to proceed.


3;Fill in the Name ,SN,Check Code in the blanks and click submit after that.


4;Go back to the SEMS homepage and click the plant to refresh.Confirm again if the plant has the energy flow chart.

5;If the energy flow chart is not diaplay after the inverter is added,Please go back to "Management"-->"Plant" to view the plant settings.



6;Click the plant name and scroll down to find the option-->"Classfication",then selec "Battery Storage".Then click submit.

7;Go back to the homepage and click the plant,check the content inside and see if you have already got the Energy Flow Chart.
