Battery Limitations

 

All devices are capable to work with a wide range of battery sizes but these can all have an impact on the maximum load that can be powered when the grid is unavailable or discharge for self-consumption.

When a compatible battery communicates well to the inverter, we can view the charge current reported by our battery BMS as well as the battery voltage.

 To calculate what is the maximum power your device can deliver you need to do a simple calculation. Voltage X Current = maximum power in Watt.


As the above example 250 X 25 = 6250w
